Agenda:
7.00h: encuentro en UQ Canoe Club Boat Shed y check in de adultos y niños en cada actividad.
7.30h: Comienza la marcha y carrera, comenzando por los de 12km, seguidos de los de 8km y finalmente los de 4km. Saldrán con 2 minutos de diferencia, para poder mantener la distancia de seguridad. Elige tu velocidad y disfruta con tus amigos y/o familia, caminando o corriendo. ¡Hay sitio y ritmo para todos!
El recorrido consta de una recta de 2km de tierra firme a lo largo del río, completamente llano y accesible con carritos de bebés, sillas de ruedas o palos de marcha nórdica.
También apto para mascotas, que son totalmente bienvenidas (siempre atados con su correa a no más de un metro del dueñ@ ;).
Actividades infantiles durante la carrera de adultos en el parque anexo a la salida y meta, guiadas por nuestra empresa colaboradora Linguakidz (gratuitas para peques de la casa asistentes que no deseen realizar el recorrido).
Sorpresita para todos los peques asistentes donada por MAC’S LABELS.
Los peques, si lo prefieren, también podrán realizar el recorrido, acompañados con su adulto responsable y al ritmo de éste, en patinete o en bici.
Café / desayuno para todos los inscritos al terminar cortesía de PARATI Hampers & Gifts.
La inscripción de adulto incluirá una camiseta técnica conmemorativa, un obsequio ecofriendly, cortesía de ACCIONA y el café con un dulce, cortesía de PARATI Hampers & Gifts.

WAIVER/DISCLAIMER: recordamos que esta es una actividad no competitiva, en el que cada participante se inscribe de manera voluntaria aceptando la responsabilidad que conlleva la misma. Se recomienda venir hidratado y con bidones para el recorrido, protección solar, calzado adecuado para marcha o carrera y no salir de los caminos en ningún momento, habiéndose informado previamente del recorrido a realizar. Tassca no se hace responsable de las incidencias que se puedan ocasionar por la naturaleza de la actividad, terreno, fauna y flora.
Así mismo, se advierte que se tomarán fotos a los participantes durante el evento.

7.00h: meeting at UQ Canoe Club Boat Shed and adults and children activity check in.
7.30h: Start of the walk / run. Participants doing 12km will go first, followed by the 8km ones and finally the people doing 4km. There will be a 2 minute difference to keep safety and social distance among participants. Choose your speed and enjoy with your family and friends, walking or running. There is a place and a pace for everyone!
The course is a 2km straight line of firm gravel along the river, completely flat and accessible for prams, wheelchairs or nordic walkers with sticks. It is also pet friendly, who are more than welcome (as long as they are on their leash and as far as 1m away from their owner).
Children who want to participate in the walk / run will have to do it with their parents / guardians at the same pace they will be moving, whether it is in a scooter, a bike, walking or jogging.
While the race is happening we will have kid activities in the park next to the Start line. These activities will be organised by our sponsor business Linguakidz (free for all children attending who do not want to participate in the walk / run).
All participants will receive a present donated by the sponsoring business MAC’S LABELS.
Coffee / Breakfast will be supplied to all registered participants once the race is finished.
Adult registration includes a commemorative running T shirt, an eco-friendly gift and their coffee with a pastry supplied by PARATI Hampers & Gifts.
Bibs (donated by Mac’s Labels) pick up will be at our sponsoring restaurant Pata Negra the days prior to the race (26th and 27th of November from 17.00 to 21-00h). (73 MacGregor Terrace, Bardon QLD 4065).
WAIVER/DISCLAIMER: a reminder that this is a non competitive activity, in which each participant is registered voluntarily and has accepted the responsibility involved in the activity itself. It is recommended to come well hydrated and with water to drink during the activity, with sun protection, comfortable shoes for walking or running, and to not leave the walking paths at any time, having read previously the map of the route to be done.
Tassca is not responsible for any incident caused by the nature of the activity, terrain, fauna or flora.
Also, pictures of the participants will be taken during the event.
